BY PARTICIPATING IN THE BEST BUTT BRACKET CONTEST (THE "CONTEST"), EACH ENTRANT FULLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY AGREES TO AND ACCEPTS THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF PLAYBOY.COM WHICH ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE PROMOTION. WINNING A PRIZE IS CONTINGENT UPON FULFILLING ALL REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH HEREIN

To Enter: To enter, go to http://brackets.playboy.com/butts, fill out the registration form and complete the Best Butt Bracket by selecting your picks and click "submit." In order to fill out a valid bracket you must choose a winner for each match-up that is consistent with the prior match-ups. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries will be accepted. All entries must be received between 12 AM CST on August 31, 2009 and 11:50 PM CST on September 14, 2009. For the purposes of contest deadlines, the sole determinant of the current time will be the clock on Playboy.com's server, regardless of what other timekeeping devices may indicate. Entrants who submit their entry close to the deadline time do so at their own risk. Limit one entry per person and per e-mail address. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Any potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Playboy.com will not verify receipt of entries. Playboy.com is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected or stolen entries or transmissions, or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic. Contest entries are the property of Playboy.com and will not be returned.

Eligibility: Open only to residents of the United States who have Internet access prior to August 31, 2009, age 18 or older. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Playboy.com and its affiliates or licensees and their immediate families in the same household are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. This promotion is intended for viewing in the United States only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law.

Winners: Winners will be selected according to their correct selection of the women with the Best Butt as determined by voting on the www.playboy.com website. The top contestants will win the prizes set forth below. Winners will be selected within 5 days of the close of general population voting for any particular part of the contest and by notified at the email address provided to Playboy.com at registration. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received and voting as determined by visitors to the www.playboy.com site.

Prize Details:

(a) Grand Prize: Trip to Chicago to attend a photo shoot at Playboy headquarters and 6 boxes of Durex brand condoms. Trip includes single room hotel accommodations for one night; round-trip coach air transportation from a major airport near winner's home (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and transportation between airport and hotel. All meals, taxes, gratuities and other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Exact travel dates and arrangements subject to availability and airline and hotel blackout dates (Approximate retail value: $550). Grand Prize will be awarded to the individual whose bracket most closely resembles the voting. In the event of a tie, the Grand Prize winner will be selected at random and those individuals who tied will receive the First Place prize as set forth below.
(b) First Place Prize: One year membership to the Playboy Girls Club (Approximate retail value: $98.40). First Place Prizes will be awarded to all registered users who accurately predict both the finalists and the bracket champion, as well as any individuals who tied for the Grand Prize but were not selected.
(c) Second Place Prize: Three month membership to the Playboy Girls Club (Approximate retail value $59.85). Second prizes will be awarded to all registered users who accurately predict at least one girl who reaches the finals.
(d) Third Place Prize: One month membership to the Playboy Girls Club (Approximate retail value $19.95). Third Prizes will be awarded to all registered users who accurately predict at least one girl who reaches the semi-finals.
Prizes are not transferable. All prizes claimed will be awarded. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Playboy.com's sole discretion. Federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Playboy.com reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value. Only one prize per family or household. If a winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence, prize is forfeited. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use winner's name and information provided by winner for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. All applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner and Playboy.com may deduct any applicable withholding taxes and remit same to the relevant authorities, as may be required.

General Conditions/Release: Playboy.com and its respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability and shall be held harmless by winners for any damage, loss or liability to person or property, due in whole, or part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prizes or participation in this Contest. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including any direct costs associated with entering this Contest, but excluding attorneys' fees. Playboy.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend part or all of this Contest should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Playboy.com corrupt or impair the administration, security , fairness or proper play of the Contest. In such event, Playboy.com may award prizes in a random drawing from all eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation or suspension. Neither Playboy.com nor its affiliates shall be responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Playboy.com, users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing or submissions which may damage a user's system or limit a participant's ability to participate in the Contest. Playboy.com may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Contest or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrants of Playboy.com representatives. All winners agree that Playboy.com may use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation (where legal). Further, winners may be asked to sign additional documentation releasing Playboy.com from other liabilities.
